In building temporary workplaces, the expectations of the daily work routine are newly practised and hence offer a new basis to people who struggle socially and professionally. That's how good things can develop … Project: "Spagat" Nicole is an employee in our company; she was born healthy but is disabled after suffering a brain haemorrhage as a baby. Nicole was in an integrated class during her school-career and worked for us on work-experience for a year, and now she is one of our proudest colleagues. Nicole fills our herbal teas, cherry stone cushions and grape kernel cushions and she is conscientious and cheerful. She enjoys work and consequently decides her own speed.
